At Dhaaga by Geet, it’s our constant endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Dhaaga by Geet website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At Dhaaga by Geet, we have a 7 days return and exchange policy for unstitched fabrics in case of any defect. It gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from www.dhaagabygeet.com within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Guidelines for a valid return and exchange:

• All product tags intact and in their original packaging
• Product must be unused
• Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
• We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
• Fabric Quality is our Guarantee! Any issues like cut, marks, burn, holes etc. is our Guarantee! Courier opening video is a must for the same.
  Resolution: Money Returned immediately
• Dress Fittings is Our Guarantee! We keep 5” margins in all dresses.
  Resolution: Product will be re-altered as per your size and resent! 
• No Exchange Policy
• No Other Return Policy
• All products are made on order! Would be curated with perfection specially for you. 

Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. Please note, unpacking videos are must for all online orders made on our website. 

Note: One-time reverse pick-up would be done against an order.

• To return a product to Dhaaga by Geet, please drop us an email on dhaagacouturebygeet@gmail.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order ID, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.
